I’m local to Ottawa, can I pick up my purchase in person?

Absolutely! We’d love to meet you in person! During the checkout process, you’ll notice there’s an option to select in-store pickup. Simply make this selection, and we’ll reach out to you once it’s ready.

Can I make an appointment to view a piece?

Yes! Please reach out to us with which items you are interested in and we’ll find a time that works well for a personalized viewing.

Can I have an item sized or personalized for me?

Whether it's a ring or bracelet sizing, or something else you have in mind, simply reach out to us and let’s chat. We will let you know the cost, and will invoice you separately for the personalization. Note: Items that are personalized are final sale and non-refundable/non-exchangeable.

How can I determine what my ring size is?

The best and most accurate way to find your ring size is to have a precise measurement taken at a fine jewelry store. Try to use sizers that are a similar width to the ring you are considering. A ring with a wider width will feel tighter than a ring with a thin width.

If you have a ring that is currently the size you like, you can use an app like “Ring Sizer” to precisely measure your existing ring size. (Apple AppStore, Google Android Play Store)

How much does it cost to size a ring?

Sizing down:

  • Without stone(s) $90
  • With stone(s) $120

Sizing up: 

  • Base fee $90 if no stone(s), $120 with stone(s)
    • 10k - $10 each size up
    • 14k - $20 each size up
    • 18k - $30 each size up
    • Platinum/Palladium - $50 each size up
    • Silver - $10 each size up

I’m interested in an item but I still have some questions. How can I get more information?

Any tips to keep my silver items from tarnishing?

With any order that has smaller silver items, we include a grey anti-tarnish bag. Keep your silver item stored inside the bag when it’s not worn to slow down the natural tarnish process.

Where do we get our vintage beauties from?

We source most of our vintage items directly from our clients - you! Sometimes jewellery is inherited or gifted or simply no longer speaks to your personal style. Some of our items come to us in spectacular condition, other times we do a complete refurbishment and replace stones etc. We have had a City of Ottawa business license allowing us to purchase second hand goods (ie jewellery) since 2010.

What process do your items go through before they are ready to resell?

For all of our items, the first order of business is to thoroughly clean the item to see what we are working with. We will first check the condition of the piece, are the claws worn down, checking wear all the loops and joins. From there we will do any repairs needed and add or change gemstones. A final polish and we are ready for photographing! All of our items get a final clean/sterilization and polish before we ship your package.
