Refund policy

Most of our items are previously owned, lived in, and loved. Each one is individual, often bearing the marks of age appropriate wear. Carefully inspecting pictures prior to purchasing will ensure there are no surprises once you unbox your new treasure. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or clarifications you may have on each piece you are interested in purchasing! We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return for credit at Marigold Vintage & Estate for your next purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at estate@marigoldjewellerydesign.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent and received to the following address: 180 York St #101, Ottawa, ON K1N 1J6

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or not as expected, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders, personalized items, or items that have been sized for you). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards - these are considered final sale.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
