Georgian Awe

The Georgian Era spanned from 1714 to 1837 and was known for its craftsmanship and intricate design. Diamonds were favoured for evening wear and coloured stones were worn during the day. As we see in these earrings, gemstones were often set in closed-back settings. We are in awe looking at these earrings. The design is so perfect, the dangle, the proportions are so flattering.
